TERMS OF PURCHASE

1. General Provisions

Please read these Terms of Purchase ("Terms") carefully before ordering products from CANNUMO LIMITED ("we", "us", "our") through our website https://cannumo.co.uk/ (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is a confirmation that we have received it.
Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and us will occur when we dispatch the products you have ordered and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

3. Products, Pricing, and Conformity of Goods

Products available for purchase are described on the Site. We endeavor to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the Site are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of any products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price/description or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Such changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a dispatch confirmation.
Delivery costs are not included in the product prices and will be added to the total amount due as set out in our Delivery Information section.

Conformity of Goods: We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. This means goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms of Purchase. 4. Payment

Payment for all orders must be made by credit or debit card or any other payment method specified on the Site.
You confirm that the credit/debit card or payment method that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

5. Product details and expiry date

5.1. The data of the Goods sold in the E-shop are provided in the product description next to each item.
5.2. The Seller shall not be responsible for the fact that the Goods in the E-shop may differ in colour, shape, or other parameters from the actual size, shape, or colour of the Goods due to the characteristics of the display (device) used by the Buyer.
5.3. The specific expiration date of the Goods, if applicable, is indicated on the product packaging.
5.4. If the expiration date of the Goods has expired at the time of delivery to the Buyer, the Seller undertakes to take back such Goods and replace them with equivalent, suitable Goods or refund the money paid by the Buyer for the expired Goods.

6. Delivery

Your goods will be delivered to the address you specified during the order process.
We aim to deliver your goods within 1-5 working days from receipt of payment.
In rare cases, delivery may take a few days longer. During promotions and holidays, order delivery may be longer than usual.

If you choose delivery to a pick-up point (e.g., parcel locker), if available: you will be informed by SMS or email when your parcel has been delivered. The message will indicate the storage period for the parcel. If the parcel is not collected within the specified period, it may be returned to us, and you may incur further charges or your order may be cancelled (see our Return Policy regarding non-collection).
Delivery charges will be automatically added to your order total on the checkout page.
Risk of loss and damage to products passes to you upon delivery (i.e., when the goods come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person identified by you to take possession of them).

7. Subscriptions & Recurring Charges

If you purchase a subscription product, you agree to be charged on a recurring basis as described during checkout (e.g., every month, every 3 months).
You will be clearly informed before the purchase if you are entering a recurring billing agreement. This information will include:
Billing frequency (e.g., monthly, quarterly).
Price per cycle and whether it may change.
Cancellation policy (how and when you can cancel).
Minimum subscription term, if any.
Refund terms, if applicable.
Any auto-renewal clauses.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account on our Site or by contacting our support team at hello@cannumo.co.uk.
Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent period. Specific cut-off times for cancellation before the next billing date will be detailed in your subscription confirmation.
Prices and delivery schedules for subscriptions are subject to change. You will be notified in advance of any changes, giving you the option to cancel before such changes take effect.

8. Returns and Refunds

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
any breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession) or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;
any breach of your statutory rights as a consumer relating to products not being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described, as set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015; or
defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
Subject to the above, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to us. Our maximum liability to you in connection with any product purchased through the Site is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

10. Complaints

We are committed to providing high-quality products and service. If you have any complaints about our products or services, please contact us at hello@cannumo.co.uk or by post to our registered address. We will aim to acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and resolve any disputes promptly and efficiently. If we are unable to resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, we will provide you with information about any applicable Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the Site, and it is your responsibility to read the Terms on each occasion you use this Site or make a purchase. Your continued use of the Site or placement of an order shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms.
